Project Greenville

Join Project Greenville Friday and Saturday June 6th & 7th from 4pm-7pm for our indoor/outdoor group art exhibit featuring work depicting--and inspired by--parks! As a kid I can remember the "Ya Gotta Have Park!" initiate only vaguely; but lately this phrase has started to really make sense as far as knowing more about how all parks (small and local to national and grandiose) touch people in these indescribable ways and provide us with such an important opportunity to connect with nature, our fellow humans and even just with ourselves. Seeing these parks at times in disrepair or under threat of losing funding only emphasizes how special they are to peoples experiences out in the world; especially in more urban areas. The work I've seen volunteers put in to improve and protect these parks is almost as inspiring as the parks themselves and should be celebrated! We hope you will join us in doing so...Check our social media for our full participants list and any special events we might be able to add to the exhibit; light refreshments and community connection will be available! We look forward to seeing you in Greenville <3

Project Greenville will also be up and running the same hours, 4pm-7pm, Saturday June 7th; check out social media for possible additional performances <3
