Sound & Color: Jersey City’s Creative Social is a free 2nd Saturday UNTAP’D experience designed to bring artists, creators, music lovers, entrepreneurs, and the community together for an evening of art, sound, culture, and connection.
Hosted at Magnum Opus Studio on Saturday, September 12 from 6–9 PM, Sound & Color is more than an arts event—it’s a space to discover new talent, experience live creativity, connect with Jersey City’s creative community, and be part of the energy happening across the city.
Guests can expect live art, music and performances, local artists, creative brands, and interactive moments that celebrate the people shaping culture in and around Jersey City. Whether you’re an artist, photographer, musician, filmmaker, podcaster, entrepreneur, or simply someone who loves being around creative people, this event is designed to feel social, welcoming, and inspiring.
Sound & Color is part of the UNTAP’D Community Arts Series, powered by Magnum Opus Studio, with SALT Foundation Inc. serving as an official community partner. The series was created to give artists greater visibility, connect audiences to local creativity, and create more opportunities for people to gather around art and culture.
At its core, Sound & Color is about bringing people into the same room who might otherwise never meet—artists meeting collaborators, creators finding new audiences, entrepreneurs discovering talent, and neighbors experiencing something new.

Magnum Opus Studio is located on the 3rd floor and has elevator access available by request. To reach the elevator, patrons must be able to navigate approximately 2–3 steps at the entrance. After those steps, guests may be assisted by wheelchair or walk to the elevator, which provides access to the 3rd floor. If you or someone in your party will need elevator access or assistance upon arrival, please contact Magnum Opus Studio in advance so our team can help coordinate entry.
