Novado Gallery presents Nathalie Kalbach's artist talk for her solo show, “If these Walls Could Talk - Mixed Media Portraits of Jersey City’s Storied Buildings".


Kalbach's colorful, layered paintings explore the dialogue between urban architecture and community narratives.


The artist's historical research of the people connected to the buildings, their purpose, and neighborhoods often traces back to the late 1800's.


Following the artist talk, live music performance by Twisted Martini and their original "Manouche jazz meets pop folk vibe".


Novado Gallery is located in Jersey City's Powerhouse Arts District at 110 Morgan Street.
