Friday, June 5th, 3:00pm-5:00pm

Art House Gallery with Give Chances 345 Marin Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07302

Our Own Language brings together a diverse group of artists whose works, while visually distinct, share a deeply personal approach to communication and expression. Through emotion, rhythm, and observation, each artist reveals a unique internal language — an individual way of seeing, interpreting, and responding to the world around them.Rather than seeking visual uniformity, this exhibition celebrates the difference and intimacy of personal narrative. Across varying materials, processes, and styles, the works speak to one another through their honesty and emotional resonance, inviting viewers to consider how art can function as both a private reflection and a shared experience.

The DDartists Disability Support Program at Give Chances is a program for young artists with developmental disabilities. It fosters a compassionate environment, empowering participants to explore their artistic talents while developing vital life skills.

Established in 2015, Give Chances has grown into a nationwide and worldwide initiative, headquartered proudly in New Jersey. Our low-cost after-school programs focus on supporting children from low-income families, providing resources and guidance for academic excellence.

Going beyond traditional support, our art and job training programs empower people with disabilities.

The Art House Gallery is proud to curate and present this exhibition.
