Artist Ben Fine will open his studio for a holiday sale - offering framed limited edition prints of his cityscapes from December 3 - 5.
These cityscapes were painted from a fourth-floor window overlooking a corner of Hamilton Park during the lockdown of 2020. Unable to work out of the studio, these digital paintings created on an iPad became a way to continue painting daily. Inspired by the narrowed view of the outside world visible only through the front window or fire escape, the paintings became a meditation on the isolation we all experienced during a full year of changing seasons.
